This Cookie Policy explains how Bankimun uses cookies and similar browser storage on bankimun.com.
These are necessary for features you request and cannot be switched off through our cookie controls. They include secure account session cookies, short-lived registration and sign-in cookies, the support chat session, your shopping cart, and your saved cookie choice.
If you select “Accept all”, a random first-party identifier, valid for no more than 12 hours, lets the store operator see live visit activity such as the current page, device category, approximate city or country, and cart item count. Visitors appear under a random label; account names and email addresses are not included. The operator may send an anonymous help chat message to that live random label. If delivered, the message creates an ordinary first-party chat session so you can reply; it does not add your presence identifier, current page, location, or cart contents to the conversation. A visit is treated as active for 90 seconds after its latest signal, then the temporary record expires shortly afterwards. We do not keep this as visit history or store a raw IP address in the live-presence record. Selecting “Reject non-essential” or “Use essential only” disables this optional activity.
If you select “Accept all”, we may count a store session and group its first traffic source into a limited category such as direct, search, social, email, affiliate, referral, or other. If that session later produces a confirmed paid order, only this finite source category may be linked to the order for grouped paid-order, gross-sales, confirmed-refund, and net-sales reporting. We do not copy the raw referring URL, host, path, query, fragment, or UTM values, or the raw browser session token into the order. A purpose-isolated one-way HMAC session digest may be linked to the private order record to complete and safely retry grouped conversion and source attribution; it cannot be used to recover the browser token or raw attribution values. With the same consented session, we may also count fixed page categories, broad device class, active-time totals, page-category transitions, first or returning browser buckets, whether a search returned any result, and fixed interaction categories such as opening a product, category, promotion, cart, checkout, account or support feature. We do not retain button text, link destinations, raw route parameters, search terms, IP addresses, account data, or customer data for these behavior measurements. The browser measurement session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Its returning-browser marker, pseudonymous deduplication label and grouped daily aggregates are retained for no more than 120 days. Choosing “Reject non-essential” or “Use essential only” removes the returning-browser marker and disables this optional measurement. Anonymous session and interaction totals are approximate; financial attribution is reported only in grouped form and orders without a valid category remain unattributed.
If you select “Accept all” and follow an eligible link in a Bankimun marketing email, we may store a signed first-party campaign identifier for up to 7 days. If you place an order during that period, the verified campaign identifier may be linked to the order so we can calculate grouped campaign orders, gross sales, refunds, and net sales. The browser value does not contain your email address, name, contact details, delivery or billing address, or order number. Choosing “Reject non-essential” or “Use essential only” disables this attribution and removes the stored identifier.
If you select “Accept all” and arrive through an eligible referral link, we may store a first-party referral code for up to 60 days. It is used to attribute an order to the referring partner. For a referral-linked purchase, GoAffPro may receive the order number, totals, currency, coupon or referral code, and purchased product details for commission accounting. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or delivery or billing address to GoAffPro. We do not activate this optional referral tracking when you select “Reject non-essential” or “Use essential only”. Withdrawing consent removes the referral cookie from this site.
When you choose a payment method, Stripe or PayPal may use cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for payment security, fraud prevention, and completing the transaction. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy and cookie notices.
You can change your optional-cookie choice at any time using the controls below. You can also remove stored site data through your browser settings. Blocking essential browser storage may prevent sign-in, cart, chat, or checkout features from working correctly.

Email campaign attribution is optional. When you follow an eligible Bankimun campaign link, a signed first-party campaign identifier may be kept in this browser for up to 7 days and, if you place an order, linked to that order for grouped campaign sales reporting. The browser value does not contain your email address, contact details, delivery address or order number. Choosing essential-only removes it immediately.
Optional live visitor activity lets the store operator see the current page, device category, approximate location and cart item count. Visitors appear under a random label; account names and email addresses are not included. The operator may send an anonymous help chat message to that random label. Anonymous conversion measurement counts store sessions, product views, cart additions, checkout starts and confirmed purchases using the same random browser-session label. It also groups the session's first traffic source without storing raw referrer URLs, hosts, paths, queries, fragments or UTM values. If the session later produces a confirmed paid order, only this finite source category may be linked to the order for grouped paid-order, gross-sales, confirmed-refund and net-sales reporting. Raw attribution values and the raw browser session token are not copied into the order. A purpose-isolated one-way HMAC session digest may be linked to the private order record so grouped conversion and source attribution can complete safely; it cannot recover the browser token or raw attribution. The browser measurement session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. With the same consented session, we also count fixed page categories, broad device class, active-time totals, page-category transitions, first or returning browser buckets, whether a search returned any result, and fixed interaction categories such as opening a product, cart or checkout. We do not retain button text, link destinations, raw URLs, route parameters, search terms, IP addresses, account or customer data for these behavior measurements. Orders without a valid source category remain unattributed. The returning-browser marker, pseudonymous deduplication label and grouped daily aggregates are kept for no more than 120 days. Choosing essential-only removes the returning-browser marker. A visit stops appearing as active 90 seconds after its last signal.
Affiliate referral tracking is also optional. When a consented purchase is linked to a referral, GoAffPro may receive the order number, totals, currency, coupon or referral code, and purchased product details for commission accounting. We do not send your name, email address, phone number, or delivery or billing address to GoAffPro.
