Normal production time is approximately 1–2 business days before the order is handed to the carrier.
Posters, flyer banners, and arcade marquees are produced and shipped from Istanbul, Türkiye.
T-shirts are produced and shipped from the United States.
An order containing both apparel and printed products may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
Estimated transit times after production are:
Türkiye to the United States for posters, banners, and marquees: approximately 3–5 business days;
Türkiye to Europe for posters, banners, and marquees: approximately 2–3 business days;
T-shirts shipped within the United States: approximately 3–5 business days;
T-shirts shipped from the United States to Europe: approximately 7–10 business days.
These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Customs, carrier disruption, weather, holidays, and remote-area delivery may cause delays.

We ship only to destinations that are available and successfully validated during checkout.

Posters, flyer banners, and marquees shipped from Türkiye to the United States are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Bankimun covers the applicable import duties for these shipments.
For other international destinations and international T-shirt shipments from the United States, duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or similar destination charges may be the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping is calculated during checkout using the destination, product type, quantity, package requirements, weight where relevant, and the available shipping profile.
If an order is divided into separate packages, we do not charge an additional shipping fee after checkout merely because multiple shipments are used.
Free shipping applies only when checkout expressly confirms a valid free-shipping method for the order and address.
When tracking is available, we send it to the email address associated with the order.
A tracking number may take time to show its first carrier scan. Split orders may receive separate tracking numbers.
Yes. Guest checkout is available, but you may need to verify your email address before completing payment.
Email verification helps prevent order mistakes, impersonation, and unauthorized use of another person’s address.
Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may include major credit or debit cards and PayPal.
Card payments are processed by Stripe, and PayPal payments are processed by PayPal. Bankimun does not store your complete payment card number.

Measure a T-shirt that already fits you and compare it with the listed measurements. Do not rely only on a usual size label because fit can vary between garments and styles.
Selecting a standard size does not guarantee the same fit as every other brand.
Follow the care label supplied with the garment.
Unless the product instructions state otherwise, washing cold with similar colors, turning the garment inside out, using a gentle cycle, avoiding bleach, and avoiding direct ironing over the print may help preserve the product.
Screens, brightness settings, materials, and printing processes can affect how colors appear.
We aim to represent products accurately, but minor color, positioning, cutting, or dimensional variations may occur within normal production tolerances.
